Christmas 2013

This was really the first year that Chloe was not scared of Santa.

We made a lot of cookies this Christmas season.

We made a lot of different Christmas projects.

One day Tino came to visit and we went to the children's Science center.

Chloe helped me make crescent rolls for our Christmas dinner.

Of course Chloe watched Santa's progress across the world on Christmas Eve day.

Chloe enjoyed helping to make the egg dish for Christmas Morning.

Christmas morning was filled with the squeals of joy while opening presents.

 What a fun Christmas season.

Chloe and Allie at play

Allie came over to play and first they dresses as princesses.

Then they decorstaed themselves with washi tape.

The artists hard at work creating airplaines.

Now whose will fly the farthest.

 It's a tie!

Valentines Day Dinner for Chloe 2014

I told Chloe that I would make whatever she wanted for her Valentines dinner.  I was thinking mac and cheese, pizza.  She told me she wanted her dinner to be all hearts.  So this is what we had for dinner.

First I made white and chocolate cake pops.

Then I cut the fruit into heart shapes.

The cheese and pepperoni was easy.

The veggies were a little more of a challenge.  So I put them into a heart shape.

Her requested peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

She really wanted strawberry milk but I didn't find it so I just made pink.  she said that was okay.

The dinner when everything was complete.

Chloe's 6th birthday 2014

On Chloe's birthday we met at her house to open presents at about 10:30.  Both sets of grandparents were there.  After presents, we went to the restaurant of Chloe's choice (The Hub). Where she had pizza.

We came back in the afternoon to have her favorite supper and cake.  It was a fun day except that Chloe had been sick all week and still didn't feel very good.
