Chloe and Tino day

Tino came to have a play day with Chloe.  We started out by going to the bouncy place.

After the bouncy place Tino and Chloe enjoyed a lunch of homemade corndogs.

After lunch Sabrina and Tino played princess and her friend.

Soon they were busy making their Valentines pictures.  Of course this is November.

Barbies

Now that I do morning daycare with Chloe we sometimes play Barbies.  Choe loves her Barbies.                  This is the Barbie House Bryan and Sabrina Made.

It's funny, I never played Barbies when I was young.  But now I do.  And so does Roger.

Dressing up in Sabrina's old dance costumes

I decided that Sabrina would have more room to store her old dance costumes so I got the box out to give to her.  Before we did that Chloe tried them all on.

                                                                 We had fun.

Tacoma Chlidren's Museum in October

October 25th Chloe had a half day at school so we went to the Children's Museum in Tacoma.  She had a lot of fun exploring and playing with other kids (I missed those pictures.

Making a Jack-o-lantern at school

On a Monday in October Sabrina and Bryan went with Chloe to the pumpkin farm.  They bought a pumpkin there. Chloe loved riding on the hay wagon with her friends. The next day (Tuesday) parents could come to school and help them carve it. Roger and I got to go.  When we got to the room Chloe was so excited.

Chloe did not like the feel of the insides of the pumpkin.  She tried getting the insides out and then decided it didn't feel very good.

I can't say that I like the feeling of the insides either but a grandma has to do what a grandma has to do.

I forgot how long it takes to get everythng out of the pumpkin.  Fortunately Roger was there to help.

It was at this point that I remembered that Roger was the one who helped Sabrina carve the pumpkin.  Poor Sabrina, by the time we got our pumpkins I was burned out with helping my class carve pumpkins. Thank you Roger for taking care of our daughter 30 some years ago.

The teacher provided patterns for the pumpkin face but Chloe designed our face.

                                           A fun time!

Wright Park

This is the last time we went to Wright Park.  I'm sure that we will probably go again but now it's kind of hard to find a time when everything isn't wet. Wright Park is a fun time for both of us.  Chloe really likes the swings and the twirling thing but it is very hard to get a good picture of them.
